The Religious Formation Ministry Programme, now under the auspices of AMRI (Association of Missionaries and Religious of Ireland) has proved to be a challenging and life-giving programme for participants from many cultures. It has evolved over the last 40 years to help people prepare for roles in formation and leadership in cross-cultural settings. Being a Team Member is a challenging and rewarding experience for those with relevant aptitude and skills.
