This meeting is open to all congregation leadership and vocation directors who might be interested in discussing  this topic.

We will hear testimonies from the panel of their experiences in Ireland, Canada and the U.S. and explore the vision and process involved.  For anyone interested in possibly moving further with this topic we will explore the practicalities involved in more detail in a follow up webinar including sample job description, advertising and interviewing.
