Titus Brandsma: Ethical Resistance in Turbulent Times

Titus Brandsma a Dutch Carmelite friar and theologian, was canonised on May 15th 2022. He is best known for his resistance against the Nazi occupation. He died in Dachau concentration camp. He was a journalist who attempted to create a space for the spiritual in a modern world.

The Loyola Institute is delighted to welcome Fr. Prof. Fernando Millan, O.Carm to address us on this saint.

The lecture will be held @7:30pm on Wednesday 15th February in the Thomas Davis Theatre, Arts Block, Trinity College Dublin. This event is funded by the Irish Province of Carmelites.
