LAUNCH: October 2nd 2023 in Iveagh House, Department of Foreign Affairs hosted by Minister Sean Fleming, Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs with special responsibility for International Development and Diaspora. Caoimhe de Barra, CEO of Trocaire launched the exhibition with an excellent address, which reflected her work with Irish Sisters overseas and in Ireland. Learnings:

9. For exhibiting purposes three to five days seems the best option.

10. The setting up of the exhibition and dismantling of same, is best done by members of the co-ordinating group, as the banners are quite fragile.

11. Those viewing the exhibition prefer to walk around it first and then speak to one of the hosts, rather than to listen to a talk/briefing beforehand.

12. For youth groups an introductory talk is essential.

13. Members of the co-ordinating group or a delegate, should be present throughout the entire time that the exhibition is on view. This is important for those viewers who may want to speak about the exhibition and also to ensure the safety of the banners.
